Sleep Safe Donation Program
One in five neighbors in our community suffers from sleep apnea. Many simply cannot afford the equipment to sleep safer. The total cost can exceed $2,000, which insurance often does not cover. Breathe California of the Bay Area bridges this gap in coverage. We are the only local non-profit that helps sleep apnea patients.
If you have an unused CPAP machine or other respiratory equipment, please consider donating it. There is substantial need for such equipment.
HOW TO DONATE YOUR CPAP MACHINE:
1. COMPLETE THE MACHINE DONATION FORM BELOW
2. DOWNLOAD, COMPLETE, AND UPLOAD DONATION WAIVER
3. INCLUDE CPAP SERIAL NUMBER
4. SUBMIT ONLINE
5. DROP OFF MACHINE AT THE OFFICE OR MAIL IT TO 1469 PARK AVE, SAN JOSE, CA 95126
