​Smoke-Free Housing in Silicon Valley

With increased attention on the hazards of second-hand and third-hand smoke, more and more apartment buildings and condominiums are going smoke-free.  Breathe California of the Bay Area works with property owners, apartment managers and homeowners' associations to assist them in drafting policies and placing signage.  Below is a list of properties that Breathe California of the Bay Area has determined to be 100% smoke-free.  All have rental or lease agreements that prohibit smoking anywhere on the property, including inside tenant units, and all have shared copies of their rental or lease agreements with Breathe California of the Bay Area.
