Job Description: DCS at Kirkland Ministries Inc (KM-Inc.) provides care and supervision to intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals in a residential and/or in-home setting. The DCS must demonstrate verbal and written competency in providing care for an individual with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. The position requires that DCS exhibits intellectual maturity, emotional stability and moral and ethical behavior. DCS members are required to form and maintain relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and administrative staff.
