Licensed Psychological Associate Position Details

Position Description
Licensed Psychologist Associate is a member of a specialized team whose goal is to improve individuals’ quality of life through the provision of evidenced-based outpatient treatments. Provides clinical assessment to KM-Inc residents, renders diagnoses and recommends appropriate course of treatment, delivers psychological treatment for depression, PTSD, anxiety and mental health problems, provides treatment to intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals in a residential and/or in-home setting.
Position Duties
License Psychological Associate duties include, but not limited to:
- Use the most appropriate psychotherapeutic technics for quality care.
- Perform evaluations to KM-Inc residents.
- Consult with KM-Inc staff and collaborating agency.
- Responsible to plan and treatment services.
- Serve as a consultant to KM-Inc facilities.
- Responsible for assessment /reporting of finding to agency.
- Collaborate with physicians, office staff and ancillary departments.
- Sustain objectivity in decision-making, utilizing facts to support decisions.
- Support the mission statement, policies and procedures of the KM-Inc.
- Achieve ongoing compliance with all regulatory agencies.
- Communicate effectively with all levels in the organization.
Requirements
License Psychologist Associate candidates must meet the following requirements:
- 18 years or older
- Master’s Degree or equivalent
- Have at least 5 years’ experience
- Certified copy of a three-year driving record from the DMV.
- Ability to pass a drug screen, physical exam, and a criminal background check.
- Ability to work in a residential and non-residential setting.
Required License or Certification
Licensed Psychological Associate candidates must have the following:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current Automotive Insurance
- Current Vehicle Inspection and Registration.
