The Angels Camp Museum Foundation is a grass-roots organization that was formed in February of 2008 by concerned citizens who had a heartfelt desire to "support the development and expansion of the collections, programs, and resources of the Angels Camp Museum, and to establish it as one of the premier local history and gold rush museums in Northern California." The Foundation is critical to the Museum's ability to receive financial donations and grants explicitly designated for the Museum because we are a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service and the official fund-raising arm for the Angels Camp Museum. We understand that we are only as good as the education, programs, and resources we can provide to the public, museum, and people in our community, but most importantly, to the Angels Camp Museum visitors, who are always foremost in our minds. We'd like to know how we can improve your experience at the Museum and make it even more impactful every time you visit. Without your donation, we cannot make meaningful programs and educational exhibits that make you think and wonder every time you leave the Angels Camp Museum. |
