Fundraising Campaigns
The Angels Camp Museum Foundation launches fundraising campaigns to accomplish several objectives:
- Financial Support: Our campaigns are focused on raising funds to provide necessary financial support for the Angels Camp Museum. They help cover exhibit, maintenance, operation expenses, and other ongoing needs of the Museum.
- Exhibit Development: We raise funds through campaigns that facilitate the development and expansion of exhibits. This includes curating new exhibitions, enhancing existing ones, and creating engaging displays that educate and inspire visitors.
- Conservation and Preservation: The Angels Camp Museum Foundation's campaigns contribute to preserving and conversating artifacts and historical objects. These funds help support proper storage, conservation treatments, and research to ensure the longevity and integrity of the Museum’s collection.
- Educational Programs: Our educational programs help to develop and implement education for diverse audiences. These include school-aged youth programs, workshops, lecture series, guided tours, cultural understanding, and engagement with the Museum’s offerings.
- Community Engagement: The Foundation campaigns aim to foster community engagement and outreach. They help create partnerships, organize events, and develop initiatives that involve the local community, encouraging people of all ages and backgrounds to connect with and appreciate the Museum’s offerings.
Summer Youth Education Series (May-Aug)
We're excited to introduce our new Children's Summer Education Series - an extension of our Adult Lecture/Education series geared towards children 6-13. It will focus on children who have an accompanying parent wanting to learn more about Angels Camp history through fun, hands-on activities, and experiences.
