Providing residential, outpatient, and sober living programs for men.
Founded in 1969, The Grandview Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides exceptional addiction recovery treatment to underserved adults, regardless of their ability to pay. Our residential program has earned national accreditation and certification from The Joint Commission, and we're fortunate to receive funding from Medi-Cal through DHCS and the Substance Abuse Prevention and Control (SAPC) program of the Los Angeles County Public Health Department.
Our approach is rooted in kindness, respect, and gentleness, and we've assembled a team of experts with experience in therapy, addiction medicine, mental health, social integration, education, wellness, and recovery support. We specialize in handling the most challenging substance abuse cases. We provide individualized attention, comprehensive support, and expertise that has stood the test of time. It's all geared towards increasing the chances of successful and lasting recovery from addiction. Our treatment model encompasses detoxification, residential and outpatient treatment, bridge housing, sober living, and Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT). We firmly believe that these services, delivered by our dedicated staff, offer the support needed for sustainable, long-term recovery and a brighter future. |
Each year, Grandview serves hundreds of men who do not have the resources to pay for treatment. The majority have a long history of addiction and have experienced homelessness and incarceration.
Many have co-occurring mental health challenges and have lost everything as a result of their disease. We treat all who come to Grandview with dignity and respect and are here to support those ready and willing to get their lives back on track. Grandview is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in or denied the benefits of its services based on race, color, or national origin, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended. |
