with counseling and behavioral therapies
Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is the use of medications in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies to treat substance use disorders. MAT is a highly effective treatment approach that has been shown to improve treatment outcomes, including reducing relapse rates, increasing survival rates, and improving quality of life. MAT is not a cure for addiction, but it is a highly effective treatment that can help people to achieve and maintain recovery.
Under the supervision of Grandview's Medical Director, MAT is provided to men in our residential and outpatient programs if deemed appropriate. |
“ When I got to Grandview, I was amazed that there were only 40 people in the group. I felt very comfortable. The place was very nice and tidy, and the staff was amazing. I didn’t want to go for treatment in LA because there are so many people. Grandview was different and very supportive.
