Sober Living Homes
Grandview Foundation's Recovery Bridge Housing and Sober Living Homes are transitional accommodations for individuals who have successfully completed addiction treatment and who are actively engaged in outpatient treatment to sustain their recovery in a nurturing living environment.
Our offering includes various locations and housing arrangements, each overseen by dedicated Grandview staff. In these settings, residents are encouraged to play an active role in the day-to-day operation of their residence and take personal responsibility for their ongoing recovery journey. The cultivation of peer support, shared responsibilities, and a culture of mutual accountability is not only endorsed but actively promoted by our staff and residents alike. We offer a supportive community, and help individuals reintegrate into society with essential life skills while maintaining access to ongoing therapeutic support. We believe that sober living environments serve as a vital steppingstone between formal treatment programs and independent living. We have 44 beds across our Residential Bridge Homes and Sober Living. Our homes are located in a beautiful residential neighborhood, close to public transportation, and within walking distance of our administrative and outpatient facilities. There are two occupants to a room; linens, hygiene and laundry services are included free of charge. |
Employment is central in charting a promising path for individuals navigating the early stages of addiction recovery. It has the benefit of instilling structure, routine, and the vital elements of consistency that underpin the creation of a stable and more wholesome lifestyle.
Pursuing gainful employment is encouraged as it becomes a beacon for rediscovering a sense of purpose and significance in life. A positive workplace environment forges valuable social connections and fosters the much-needed support network that combats the persistent specter of isolation often encountered during recovery. Gainful employment is essential for personal growth, allowing individuals to acquire fresh skills and elevate their self-esteem. |
