Join us on Thursday, May 29th for Wine Tasting 101, a night of discovering, understanding, and of course tasting wine, with sommelier Louis-Victor (LV) Kuhn. With guidance from LV, we'll explore how to taste wine, discover some classic grape varietals, understand how to define them, and learn how to read wine labels.
For over a decade Louis-Victor (LV) has worked in all facets of the wine industry, including service, winery work, retailer, and wine sales consulting in Manhattan. French English bilingual, graduated in political science, he achieved his Sommelier Certification on the International Court of Master Sommeliers in 2018 and his WSET lv.2 and has pursued his passion for the beverage world ever since. He has lived in France, South Africa, Canada, Manhattan, and is now based in Huntington with his wife Annaliese.
