Mission
Hearts with Hooves inc. nonprofit was founded in December 2022.
Hearts with Hooves inc. is an Equine Facilitate Program that provides therapeutic assisted riding, therapeutic driving, life skills, Horsemanship and mental wellness for children and adults with developmental disabilities, Veterans, children in foster care, at-risk Juvenile children, and the horse lovers throughout Southeast and the Bootheel of Missouri.
We are a 501(c)(3) organization and are dedicated to offering Equine Facilitated Services for the Modern world.
Our mission is to provide a safe and compassionate environment that fosters physical, emotional, and behavioral growth in life skills that transfer into their everyday lives. Our programs use Equine Education and Enrichment paired with life skill-building activities to enhance the quality of life for participants of all ages, and disabilities. This program combines the best of our organization’s talents with the benefits of experiential healing by integrating human connection, equine-assisted learning, and the great outdoors for participants with broad range of needs in order to their lives, mental health in a positive and Meaningful way.
These services help participants build “I Matter”, learn valuable life skills that transfer into real world, such as: Independence, Responsibly, Emotional Awareness, Self-regulation, Healthy relationships, Self-worth, and pursue their goals and learn skills the new age social media does not teach. Participants will do fun activities using horses and build a rewarding connection that helps their mental wellness.

Our nonprofit is teaching “I matter” one child at a time.
Hearts with Hooves Inc nonprofit was created a in 2020 Horses kept my spirits up and gave a a sense of “it’s going to be alright”. While i was going through this change in my life, we opened for riding lessons. It went from just lessons, then to saddle club, now what you see today. We are growing and expanding, as our horses have love for the community.
