Human Rights & Gender Equality
Human rights are inherent to all human beings, regardless of race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, or status. We believe in promoting these fundamental rights, especially for women. We fight for women to have the right to determine their own choices, promote a sense of self-worth, and promote their right to influence social change for themselves and others. We fight for the sexual and reproductive rights of women. We amplify women’s voices, especially from marginalized communities. Women must have equal rights to participate in education, economy, politics, and society. For a peaceful and happy society, achieving human rights, including gender equality, is a fight we all must fight.

Menstrual Hygiene & Management
Menstruation is a naturally occurring physiological phenomenon in adolescent girls and pre-menopausal women. Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) refers to access to menstrual hygiene products to absorb or collect the flow of blood during menstruation, privacy to change the materials, and access to facilities to dispose of used menstrual management materials. Statistics suggest that 23% of girls drop out of school when they start menstruating. We aim to enable them and empower them. We organize awareness campaigns to learn the importance of correct menstrual hygiene and adopt sustainable menstrual practices, which they can then pass on to their daughters.

Yoga & Meditation
An ancient Indian practice of uniting the mind and body, Yoga has been globally revered for focusing on an individual's overall well-being. Yoga helps increase Beta Endorphin Hormone release from the brain, providing a sense of well-being and improved immunity. Meditation represents the "positive, mindful focus of the present". It is a mental and spiritual activity with multiple physical benefits. It helps reduce stress and stress-related physical issues. It helps in decreasing the levels of inflammatory chemicals like cytokines. These chemicals play a role in affecting an individual's mood and can also lead to depression. Meditation controls these chemicals and reduces their release. All in all, these aspects then lead to a balanced and sustainable lifestyle for all.
