After 26 years as a Chiropractor in private clinical practice, Dr. Fouts shifted his focus to ongoing intensive review of the medical nutritional literature with an emphasis on new nutrition technology discoveries. Dr. Fouts has subsequently authored and taught numerous Continuing Medical Education courses to health care professionals as well as lectured to the lay public in over 300 cities in 13 countries.
