Johns Creek Beautification, Inc.
Johns Creek Beautification (JCB), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, was formed in 2007 when the City of Johns Creek was founded. The mission of JCB is to enhance the well-being and natural beauty of our community by bringing people together through landscaping and public works of art. Currently, JCB is engaged in three major community projects which enrich the lives of our residents. We encourage you to learn more about these activities, make a donation, and become a JCB volunteer.

Daffodils4Hope is a community-wide volunteer bulb planting initiative launched in 2018 in partnership with CanCare to honor and support cancer survivors. Through this ongoing program, thousands of daffodils have been planted across Johns Creek—in parks, neighborhoods, schools, houses of worship, and at Emory Johns Creek Hospital. These cheerful spring blooms are more than just beautiful—they are living symbols of hope, healing, and resilience. Our long-term goal is to expand this project over the coming decade, raising awareness about the unique needs of cancer survivors while continuing to beautify our city.

This inspiring day brings together volunteers of all ages to plant thousands of daffodil bulbs in honor of those touched by cancer. Each bulb planted is a small act of hope—contributing to the brighter, more compassionate future we are growing together. Help us surpass previous milestones and make this year’s event the most impactful yet. Let’s keep planting the seeds of hope—one bulb at a time.

Secret Garden Tour
Johns Creek Beautification launched its wildly successful Secret Garden Tour in 2018, showcasing stunning private gardens throughout our community. Since then, the tour has become a cherished tradition, offering visitors a rare peek into some of the most beautiful and inspiring gardens in Johns Creek. Each garden is more than just a visual delight—it’s an experience. Guests enjoy live music and observe local artists creating work inspired by their surroundings, making this event truly one-of-a-kind in our area. Proceeds from the tour directly support JCB's mission, funding public art installations throughout the city and helping us plant thousands of daffodils in our citywide Daffodils4Hope campaign. 🌸 Mark your calendars! The next tour is scheduled for Saturday, May 9, 2026. Would you like to be a part of it? We are currently seeking home gardens in the Johns Creek community to be featured on the 2026 tour. Homeowners who have participated in the past consistently tell us how much they enjoyed the experience. New Public Art Initiative: Celebrating Our Love for Dogs!
Johns Creek Beautification is excited to introduce a new public art initiative that celebrates our community’s deep love for dogs. This installation, featuring three metal dog silhouettes by renowned artist Jim Collins, was permanently placed in Newtown Park in mid-April 2025. Our official ribbon cutting celebration was April 18th, attending by Johns Creek City officials including Mayor John Bradberry and the Johns Creek Beautification Board members. Check out our Facebook post here. This initiative was made possible by the generosity of our sponsor, JCB Board Member Michèle Morel. Michèle is a devoted dog lover and rescue advocate, who envisions these sculptures as a way to promote pet adoption, celebrate our furry companions, and enhance the beauty of Johns Creek through public art. Median Beautification
Even before Johns Creek became a city, the Johns Creek Community Association (JCCA) collaborated with community and state leaders to secure $100,000 in grants from the Fulton County Tree Fund, along with donations from local businesses, which allowed the city to secure additional, larger grants. Johns Creek Beautification was created to lead the median and right-of-way beautification efforts along the Medlock and State Bridge corridors. The organization spent its early years setting down roots with the newly formed City of Johns Creek by working closely with them on the median projects, donating tree saplings to Northview High School and local neighborhoods, paving the way for public art installations, and by navigating funding processes for future projects.
