​Cupcakes and Conversations is a unique mentorship program designed to foster open dialogue and connection among young ladies in middle school. ​

In partnership with KTW, this initiative creates a safe space for participants to share their experiences, challenges, and aspirations while enjoying delicious cupcakes.

​The program focuses on:

• Building meaningful mentor-mentee relationships that encourage personal growth and resilience.
• Providing a platform for discussions on relevant topics, including self-esteem, decision-making, and future planning.
• Offering guidance and resources that empower young women to pursue their goals confidently.

Cupcakes and Conversations  allows participants to engage in insightful conversations that inspire action and self-discovery. This program is an essential part of our mission to uplift and support the girls of Memphis, helping them rewrite their narratives and achieve lasting success.
