The Mission of the Friends of the Vergennes Opera House is to preserve the historic Vergennes Opera House as a center for the presentation of the arts and other activities that promote and celebrate a sense of community.

​Vision – The Vergennes Opera House is the glue that holds the spirit of the greater Vergennes community together

Our Board of Directors passionately work to maintain our mission, along with the help of many volunteers and the support of underwriters and supporters from throughout the region. Our vision informs everything we do and we continually look for ways contribute to the big community spirit that is alive in the little city.
