Lyeza Wicker-Bastian, LMSW/LCDC
Lyeza completed a Masters in Social Work at the University of Texas-Arlington. She uses a client-centered, solution-focused approach to support individuals and groups concerning anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mood disorders and substance abuse recovery and prevention. She is dedicated to creating safe spaces specifically for people of color, LGBTQIA, and underserved communities, through education, counseling, and advocacy. Lyeza is a native of New Orleans, lover of hip-hop music, mom and wife. Lyeza is available for sessions on weekday evenings and on weekends. Book an appointment with Lyeza. |
Jasmine Carter, LMSW
Jasmine obtained her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Houston. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Her focus is to assist children and adolescents regarding the effects of abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions and behavioral issues. She utilizes aspects of child-centered play therapy and a client-centered, cognitive-behavioral approach to support individuals and groups. Jasmine is passionate about holistic well-being and healing and is dedicated to collaboratively working with individuals to create safe, culturally competent, and trauma informed spaces. Mariah Hardy, LMSW
Mariah Hardy, a native of Houston, Texas, brings a wealth of compassion and expertise to her role as a therapist. Mariah earned her graduate degree in social work from the University of Pennsylvania and holds licensure as a Master Social Worker in both Texas and Pennsylvania. With over two years of experience in the mental health and social work field, Mariah is deeply committed to supporting individuals, couples, families, and young adults as they navigate through generational trauma, depression, anxiety, blended family concerns, suicidal ideation, strained personal relationships and more. Her warm approach and dedication to empowering clients make her an invaluable asset to the Reinforcing Houston team. Mariah utilizes techniques from the family systems theory & a psychodynamic framework to help assist clients strive for personal growth. She is also skilled in supporting clients through trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. Mariah looks forward to accompanying you on your journey towards healing and resilience. Mariah is available to see clients ages 16+ in the evenings and on weekends. Ra’Shunda Adams, LMFT–Associate
Ra'Shunda Adams is a fellow Texan who is excited to join you on your mental health journey! She is passionate about empowering individuals and couples in developing and nurturing successful relationships. Ra'Shunda has over 15 years of experience in premarital counseling and earned her graduate degree in marriage and family therapy from Capella University. When working with clients, she enters every conversation with curiosity, respect, and an open mind to create an inclusive, safe space. Ra'Shunda works with individuals, couples, and families to break generational cycles of trauma, heal from toxic relationships, resolve conflict in a healthy manner, and address harmful patterns. She utilizes systemic and narrative approaches to therapy along with Gottman Methods and Attachment Theory for couples therapy. Laqueena Lajas, LMSW
Laqueena is a Licensed Master Social Worker in both Texas and New York. She is passionate about maternal mental health. An avid reader and lover of R&B, she loves a good story filled with emotion and a soundtrack that gets you in tune with your feelings. With Laqueena, you are the main character in your story, as she uses a client-centered, narrative approach while also utilizing aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy. Laqueena works to foster a safe space where the exploration of identity and relationship dynamics can help provide tools to deal with the daily stressors of life. Since earning her master's degree at the University at Albany, she has worked with adolescents and adults in the areas of perinatal mood disorders, crisis, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and grief. CCFC serves ages 5 and up.
We offer weeknight and weekend availability for your convenience. There are no long wait times to schedule a session to see one of our therapists! We strive to get all new clients seen within a week.

- LMSW: Individual: ($100-Intake, $75-Follow-up) Couples/Families: ($125-Intake, $100-Follow-up)
- *Student Interns: $35/Individuals
