Thank you for taking lessons with us. This form is for those who wish to pause billing but not discontinue completely. If you'd prefer to discontinue please go here.
Terms and Conditions:
These terms and conditions apply to requesting time away from lessons and to pause billing.
Since SSO bills based on the reservation of a lessons slot and not for lessons actually taken our policy requests at least 2 weeks' notice for an intent to discontinue. Discontinuations on or after the 27th of the month will not guarantee a refund for lessons paid for in the subsequent month.
Email Shawn Meloy at [email protected] if you have any questions, or extenuating circumstances. Exceptions to this will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
