Terms and Conditions:
These terms and conditions apply to discontinuing lessons completely.
Since SSO bills based on the reservation of a lessons slot and not for lessons actually taken our policy requests at least 2 weeks' notice for an intent to discontinue. By the 27th of the month we are officially inside the next billing period and refunds for lessons in the next month are not offered.
Email Shawn Meloy at [email protected] if you have any questions, or extenuating circumstances. Exceptions to this will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
