We love having church groups and individuals visit on short-term mission trips. On an ACM mission trip, team members have the opportunity to be the hands, feet, and voice of Jesus as they serve “some of the least of these.” Often, our missionaries visit children and families in their homes, teach at primary schools, help construct or repair a child’s home, feed children at school, help in the medical clinic, organize an Activity Day (similar to Vacation Bible School), share the Gospel, lead worship, prayer walk, and help train pastors.
Relationships formed on an ACM mission trip, along with a genuine love for the communities we serve, brings many short-term missionaries back over the years to visit. Many short-term missionaries also stay involved with ACM stateside via fundraising and advocacy.
While there are so many ways to make a difference on a mission trip, our missionaries often report that they themselves were transformed and their relationship with Christ deepened from their experience. We are honored to be a part of these communities and for you to become a part of the ACM family.
