On every front there are clear answers out there that can make this country stronger, but we're going to break through the fear and the frustration people are feeling. Our job is to make sure that even as we make progress, that we are also giving our children a sense of hope and vision for the future.
We believe as a community it is our responsibility to assist our youth in establishing safe bridges to cross, which will lead toward their success.

Teaching Youth to Major in Excellence (T.Y.M.E.)
The first program is designed for Middle and High School students, Faculty Advisors, Mentors, and Parents. RMGFI designed this project to encourage our youth to pursue excellence through learning the art of giving back by paying it forward. This pay-it- forward approach to excellence is the essence and heart of the T.Y.M.E Project where middle school and high school students in conjunction with faculty advisors are partnered with mentors from the Public and Private sectors to facilitate various service projects led by the students in the pursuit of excellence. The S.T.E.A.M program methodology is incorporated in this learning process.
Your Life By Design Project
The “Your Life by Design Project” is a program whose mission is to inspire, empower and motivate young women as they transition from high school to college and from college to career. Our goal is to assist these talented young ladies to navigate through these three levels of life by presenting workshops such as: Exposing them to various career paths (traditional and non-traditional), financing higher education, the importance of affiliation (such as friends and social groups), dressing for success, building the right foundation for their future, and the pitfalls of social networking.
Chosen Leaders Achieving Success through Service (C.L.A.S.S.)

This pay-it-forward approach to service is the essence and heart of the C.L.A.S.S. Project. Selected college students are partnered with mentors from both the Public and Private sectors to plan, design, develop and implement proposed community based projects while building leadership, and personal development skills.
