​Our Founder

​Deb Moss is the founder of the Raney Moss Group Foundation and is its Executive Director. Deb is dedicated to enhancing the lives of students across America and abroad. Her passion for education and community service lead her to the formation the Raney Moss Group Foundation, Inc. (RMG), a 501c3 corporation. Deb believes we as a collective community can make the greatest impact and impart social awareness into the hearts and souls of each student who benefits from a community who supports their education and aids in strengthening their character. As the wise saying goes "It takes a village to raise a child."

​A Note From the Desk of Deb Moss

I believe that by demonstrating kind acts of service and by encouraging our youth to continue their education, and to develop their knowledge, wisdom and talents, this will bridge the gap of negativity and hopelessness which plaques so many of our youth today. 

I also believe that cultivating and instilling healthy morals and core values at a young age allows our young men and women to embrace their communities and to arise, to lead, to protect, and to enhance the neighborhoods in which they place their roots.
