Washington, D.C. leaders should provide equitable distribution of resources to all D.C. public school students, and ensure every neighborhood has high quality, by-right schools |
Relationships
We stand for culturally responsive training for staff, culturally responsive curriculum and teaching for students and the critical foundation of positive adult culture in all schools |
Representation
We believe all schools should seek to hire and retain a diverse faculty that elevates diverse voices and ensures that students see their identities and experiences reflected in leadership |
Restorative Justice
We stand for restorative approaches to difference in which everyone's human dignity is respected - with students and adults. All voices should be part of restorative conversations. |
