Life Journey Partners of America, Inc. is a grassroots movement committed to finding solutions supportive of the millions of Americans who are caring for those who require care, as well as those who require care or support due to a disability. So many experience gaps in care or insurance coverage, or both, and need our help. We support family caregivers and those hired to care for our most vulnerable so they can have healthy and happy in their work and lives.
Our organization is forming relationships with hospice services, care facilities and home care companies, investigating resources that will address needs and fill care gaps. We hope to positively affect the landscape of caregiving, through resource availability, education within communities and volunteerism. In this way, we believe that those who require care, give care or those who are disabled and care for themselves. The funds we raise and resources we make available will be designated for those in urgent need, while they work to find solutions to become more sustainable in the future. |

This is how we help:
Reach out to church and community groups to build community support for Caregiving and those who require care or are disabled and care for themselves.
Facilitate Thankful Thursdays: Care for the Caregiver One to Two Thursdays a month: Making Home Visits, Breaking the Cycle of Loneliness.
Raise funds to offer services such as house cleaning, meal preparation, emergency caregiving hours, and home massage to benefit Caregivers and those who require care.
Recruit Volunteers for Thankful Thursday Activities, to Help with Fundraising and to Help individuals find resources currently available.
DonatePlease donate or finance a service or volunteer your time for a Caregiver/Care Partner, an individual receiving care or is disabled and alone. We encourage home visits with coffee/tea, meal preparation and delivery, a cleaning service, or any other services that might enhance the lives of those living in this space. Thank you!
