Life Journey Partners of AmericaEmpowering Caregivers to Care for Themselves
Life Journey Partners of America, Inc. is a grassroots movement committed to finding solutions supportive of the millions of Americans who are caring for those who require care, as well as those who require care or support due to a disability. So many experience gaps in care or insurance coverage, or both, and need our help. We support family caregivers and those hired to care for our most vulnerable so they can be healthy and happy in their work and lives.
Our organization is forming relationships with hospice services, care facilities and home care companies, investigating resources that will address needs and fill care gaps. We hope to positively affect the landscape of caregiving, through resource availability, education within communities and volunteerism. In this way, we believe that those who require care, give care or those who are disabled and care for themselves can live their best lives. The funds we raise and resources we make available will be designated for those in urgent need, while they work to find solutions to become more sustainable in the future. |

This is how we help:
We speak at churches, civic groups and community organizations to build support for Caregiving Community. Dr. Willfahrt provides a Self-care for the Caregiver lecture series.
We provide a Thankful Thursday: Care for the Caregiver Complimentary Clinic once a month in Fountain Hills at Fountain Hills Healing Center on the Avenue of the Fountains.
Raise funds for services such as house cleaning, meal delivery, or emergency respite in an effort to provide needed support for the caregiver and those who require care.
Recruit Volunteers for Thankful Thursday Activities. We deliver Care Packages and make phone calls to those who are homebound in an effort to break the Cycle of Loneliness.
DonatePlease consider supporting our work financially. We are accepting donations for our Emergency Caregiving and Respite Fund and Care Package Delivery Program. Dr. Willfahrt provides the 3-part Self-Care for the Caregiver Lecture Series and Thankful Thursday Care for the Caregiver Clinic free of charge. 90% of the donation dollar goes directly to the programs benefiting those in need. Every act of kindness makes a difference. Thank you!
