Life Journey Partners of America, Inc. is committed to the development of an Intentional Community for Caregivers, Nurses, and Families of those needing care as well as those individuals who require care. Our community is intentional in theory and will begin by serving those living in and around Phoenix, Arizona.
Are you a Family Caregiver or employed in the home as a caregiver or nurse and feel overwhelmed and often all alone? Would you like someone to talk to who understands your struggles and need for support? We want to be there to provide support through a variety of activities, including Monthly Potlucks and Care for the Caregiver Community events. We will email you a schedule of activities to have on your phone so you know where we will be on the various Thankful Thursdays and where to attend.
