This award offers special recognition for the outstanding and uncompensated efforts of someone who volunteers their time to a law enforcement unit or a crime prevention organization.
Crime Prevention Unit of the year
This award recognizes the special efforts and exceptional accomplishments performed by an agency’s Crime Prevention Unit from an agency.
Crime Prevention Practitioner of the Year
This award recognizes the outstanding efforts of a Washington Crime Prevention Practitioner for his or her contributions and outstanding performance in the field of crime prevention.
President’s Award
This award honors a law enforcement administrator or a supervisory or a community partner who demonstrated a strong commitment to crime prevention by actively participating in prevention strategies and by supporting opportunity reduction programs through the resources of their agency or business.
Lifetime Achievement Award
This award recognizes any Crime Prevention Practitioner who has spent a significant portion of their career in the Crime Prevention field and has proven their dedication to the arena of Crime Prevention and the Washington State Crime Prevention Association’s goals and ideals.
