Nadia Niazi is the founder and President of FITRAH. She is a Canadian-American, an optimist, humanitarian and entrepreneur. After over a decade as a business owner, she was driven to do something with the knowledge she had acquired running an online eCommerce store. She founded FITRAH by donating her store eStyleo and co-developed a social enterprise created for vulnerable youth to take charge of. Nadia is a strong advocate for equality and has made it her life-long mission to ensure that regardless of race, religion or gender, every youth be given the opportunity to thrive. |
Jihan El-Saouda

Jihan El-Saouda is a lawyer for Porter-Scott Attorneys in Sacramento, CA. She is fluent in Arabic, Spanish and French. She received her M.A. in International law from Australian National University. From a very young age, Jihan was always passionate about giving back to the community. She finds humbling gratitude in being part of a powerful group that want to change lives and provide real opportunities for many vulnerable youth. |
Dutima Batra
Secretary
Dutima Batra, M.D is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician and practices Women's Health in Roseville, California. She is fluent in Medical Spanish and completed training in both culturally competent care as well as building self-resilience. Dr. Batra obtained her Bachelors of Arts in Women's Studies and Medical Degree from the School of Medicine in Madison, Wisconsin, and completed her Family Medicine residency in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She is energized to join FITRAH and hopes to not only contribute her skills and knowledge but to learn and grow from a dedicated team seeking to positively impact the lives of others. |
