Is Africa poor? Our assertion is that Africa's challenge is not poverty, but rather, it's poor leadership.
C-Life stands for Christian Life. We are an African-led, Christian non-profit organization.
Our Mission: We exist to develop the next generation of African servant leaders, spiritually and professionally for the marketplace in Africa.
Our Vision: African servant leaders, transforming their own communities with integrity and professional excellence all for the glory of God.
We serve the country of Cameroon (West-Central Africa) and we are located in the capital city of Yaoundé.
Our Strategy: Developing servant leaders is not easy, it takes time and intentionality. That is why we chose a community-focused leadership development approach, recognizing that meaningful life change thrives within the context of community.
Our core belief is that training marketplace servant leaders who honor God, serve their communities and remain accountable to them, has the potential to address the widespread corruption, underdevelopment and political instability affecting many African economies.
Foundation Verse: Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. (Col 3:23-24)

Our History
C-Life was founded by Sheila Ngolesueh, a Cameroonian native living in Dallas, Texas. This is her story.
C-Life was born out of my experiences during my internship in South Sudan back in 2015. Seeing the devastation and challenges faced by the country despite the presence of numerous international NGOs made me question how to truly make a difference in Africa.
I wrestled with questions like, "Is Africa really poor? How can the Church play a role in shaping policy and fighting corruption while reducing poverty?" These thoughts led me to a deeper reflection on the need for servant leadership in Africa.
After months of prayer and mentorship, the answer became clear: developing servant leaders who fear God and serve with integrity and excellence. These leaders prioritize their people's well-being over personal gain and hold their Christian identity above all else.
For the past 7 years, C-Life has been on this transformative journey, witnessing the impact of our work firsthand. My faith and passion for seeing God's word lived out in everyday life drives me to develop servant leaders in Africa's marketplace.
With a background in International Business and Christian Education, along with the support of my husband Divine and our two children, I am dedicated to this mission. As President and Founder of C-Life, I invite you to join us in making a lasting impact in Africa.

C-Life is where we live out a dream that our Christian faith and our profession are interconnected. Living out our Christian faith in how we do our work, can be an answer to sustainable community development.
We live out the dream of empowering young African professionals to be grounded in their true identity, illuminating their path with divine wisdom from the Bible, igniting their hearts and minds with the fire of their unique talents and passions, and nurturing the deep understanding that their deligent work is a sacred offering to God.
We believe that the beauty and impact of our professional work is tied to God’s calling on our lives and promotes intimacy with Him through Jesus Christ. Our faith provides the grace to live as Christ-centered servant leaders even in a culture overshadowed by corruption, greed and tribalism.
Our Core Values:
1. Christ Centered Living
We desire to live out our Christian faith- to love and serve like Jesus and also apply our faith in our work – not seeking perfection but walking in God’s sufficient grace (Phil 2:13, John 3:16)
2. Unleashing Potential
We desire to be God’s agent for unleashing the highest potential in our staff, young leaders and community partners (Eph 2:10) for His glory and the good of mankind.
3. Kindness
We desire to be kind in how we communicate and in how we serve (Eph 4:32)
4. Servant Leadership
We desire to lead by serving - seeking for the optimum good for those we lead (Matt 20:25-26)
5. Integrity
We desire to say what we mean and mean what we say- to be transparent about our shortcomings and secure enough to ask for help (Prov 6:16-19)
6. Professional Excellence
We desire to live out God’s character of innovation, beauty and order. We desire to create systems and processes that will outlast any single generation and improve people’s quality of life (Gen 1:1)

We desire to have fun in carrying out our mission (Prov 17:22)
