Lisa A. Matthews, MPH, Ed.DDr. Lisa Matthews is a dedicated director of health initiatives and project manager with over 14
years of experience specializing in overseeing health and wellness programs that benefit marginalized communities. She has published in the domains of public health and clinical informatics, with a focus on HIV and health literacy. Dr. Matthews completed a doctorate degree at Teacher’s College, Columbia University. She has additional academic training with an MS from Teacher’s College, Columbia University and an MPH from Hunter College of the City University of New York. Dr. Matthews has conducted research in the areas of health literacy and HIV/AIDS both domestically and internationally. More recently, she works in the areas of social justice, faith- based organizations, and community leaders. |
Michelle Fontanez
Michelle Fontanez is a wife and mother who currently serves as an Assistant
Division Director for Community Centers for Cypress Hills Local Development, located in Brooklyn, New York. Mrs. Fontanez currently is a doctoral scholar at University of Phoenix. Her concentration is Doctoral of Management in Organizational Leadership. Michelle is advocate for youth development and community building. Michelle goal is to develop programs that are geared towards bettering our communities in need of additional resources. |
