He has served as a consultant, successful grant writer, project director and team leader, small farm business developer, vocational and agricultural trainer, and farmer cooperative organizer. |

Dianne Colley has spent her life using her personal and career experiences in health and agriculture to serve socially disadvantaged communities in the U.S. and internationally. She is co-founder and VP of Operations at Seven Harvest, Inc., and graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) with a Master’s in Public Health. She is a high energy leader who challenges others to excellence, a skilled teacher and trainer able to inspire others and is successful in managing simultaneous projects. |
Elaine B. TurnerBoard Chair
Elaine B. Turner has worked for decades in the not-for-profit credit union industry. She has worked in all areas of the credit union movement and genuinely enjoyed all facets of helping people with their financial needs. She is currently retired after working as CEO of Postal Employees’ Credit Union in Memphis, TN for 30 years. Elaine is committed to her church where she is currently serving as head treasurer approaching 30 years. |
Anna Huff-DavisBoard Secretary
Anna Huff -Davis brings an extensive background working in the community with specific training and expertise in community-based participatory research and participatory rural appraisal. From 2001 to 2019, she served as director of the Mid Delta Community Consortium. Davis led the establishment of rural health networks across 38 counties in the Delta.+ She received a degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB), certification for the Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY) program at Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel, and has completed community-based education graduate course work at the University of California, Davis. |
Patrick Wendall FaulknerBoard Treasurer
Patrick Faulkner currently works at Longview High School in Raleigh, North Carolina as a Career Technical Education Teacher in agriculture education; he has been working there for about 8 years and believes in the power of collaboration. Through collaboration such as North Carolina State University, North Carolina A & T (Agricultural & Technical) Agriculture Departments, Bland Landscaping, Teich Garden Systems, he has completed a variety of projects that have gained the Department the Opal Mann Award as well as other Future Farmers of America Chapter Awards. |
Dr. Magid DahgerBoard Member
Dr. Magid Dagher is a professor of Agriculture Economics at Alcorn State University in Vicksburg Mississippi. He has also directed the Mississippi Small Farm and Agri-Business Center, served as Director/Coordinator of Alcorn Cooperative Extension Program and Alcorn Ag. Research Programs that included the Ag. Experiment Station with a budget administration of approximately $12,000,000 annually. |
Pastor Kenneth Wilson

From early life through the present, Pastor Kenneth Wilson has consistently and passionately pursued his studies of and faith in God and the Kingdom of Heaven. After completing his bachelor’s degree in psychology in 1986, he worked as a counselor for many hospitals, while pursuing his religious studies. In 1992, Pastor Wilson and Evangelist Mable Williams founded the Kingdom of God Institute Church, a neighborhood home based church with a grass roots outreach mission. In addition to his teaching and pastoral pursuits, Pastor Wilson also has been instrumental in small business development. A licensed electrical contractor in the State of Tennessee, he has been successfully self-employed as a contractor in the field of Signs and Printing for over fifteen years. |
Dr. Isaac Fordjour, DDSBoard Member
Dr. Isaac Fordjour, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, has a private practice in Memphis, TN. He was born in Kumasi, Ghana. After graduating from Achimota Secondary School in Ghana, he attended Oakwood College in Huntsville, AL. His professional training and graduate studies in Biochemistry were at the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences in Memphis. His Surgical Specialty Training was at the City of Memphis and the Veterans Administration Hospitals in Memphis. He has a passion for youth and young adult training and development. He founded Torch Bearers Diaspora Inc., an NGO (Non-Government Organization), and serves as its President and as the Director for its program, the African Collegiate Entrepreneurs. |
