The SOULWELL Journey

​The SOULWELL Journey consists of 3 weekend retreats over a 6-month period that build on each other to facilitate transformation in your spiritual life (separate journeys for women and men). ​ It is our honor to help you identify what might be holding you back from all that God has planned for your life, in order to transform more into the image of Christ. You will experience rest in the Central Texas countryside where we will provide lodging at a comfortable retreat center with ample space to connect with God and nature. You will have your own private room and will be served amazing meals throughout the weekends.

A safe place......to reconnect with God

On the journey, you will take part of large group teaching and activities, while also having time to process your thoughts alone with Jesus.  You will have opportunities to experience scripture in a personal way.  You will learn tools to navigate deeper into your soul, in order to examine the intersection of God's story with your own.  We know that everyone is on their own path with God.  While everyone will hear the same teaching, each person will have their own personal experience - this is the beauty of God working uniquely in each of us and meeting us right where we are.

Each retreat is designed with opportunities to experience scripture in a personal way and learn contemplative practices that will help you navigate deeper into your soul, and see how God has given to you your unique story and life experiences for a purpose.

....to walk in community with others

True intimacy with Jesus occurs incrementally through community with others.  On each weekend, you will engage in large group teaching activities, in addition to processing in small groups and spending one-on-one time with God.

....to experience God more fully

​Each retreat allows you to explore a combination of spirit and body work through SOULStretching and SOULCreate exercises that relate to the soul work, teaching you how to experience God with all five senses.

​Below is a description of each of the three weekends and the registration links for the upcoming Men’s and Women’s SOULWELL Journeys:

​First Weekend - AWAKENING

The first weekend focuses on "awakening the life-giving presence of God deep within you." You will gain a deeper understanding of God’s presence throughout your unique story, and gain a fresh perspective on the health of your spiritual life. We’ll provide life-long tools and experiences, such as silence, stillness, and solitude, to create a more vibrant prayer life and a heightened awareness of the voice of God.

This is what the Lord says, “Stand at the crossroads and look: ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.”  - Jeremiah 6:16 NIV

​Second Weekend - ARISING

The second weekend explores God’s design for your life through self-discovery, allowing you to "arise into who He created you to be at your core." You’ll learn the intricacies of how God created you, what might have gotten in the way during life, and how to allow Him in to heal your soul.  We’ll help you understand the emotions and thought patterns that distract you from experiencing life in the moment, so you can be more fully present with yourself, others and Christ.

​Third Weekend - ABIDING


The third weekend teaches you how to live intentionally in the presence of God and in His unique purpose for you. As you learn to create sacred rhythms in your life, you will learn how to stay connected to Christ and protect your soul from burnout. You’ll look deeper into the calling of God on your life. As you walk in these practices, you’ll experience the Freedom and Fullness of life in Christ!

There is so much more on each of these weekends that we can't wait to share with you.  Over 300+ women and men have now gone through the Soulwell Journey, and are experiencing greater freedom through Christ.  We look forward to sharing this experience with you!
