Cynthia Iyall, Executive Director, is a Nisqually Tribal elder who has over 25 years of experience in Nisqually Administration, 12 years on Tribal Council, 9 years as Tribal Chairwoman and has a tremendous passion for education in Indian Country.
Her vision to create L3 and provide scholarship for the descendants of Medicine Creek is the beginning of what L3 will provide in the future. She hopes to provide Indian students with scholarships who are bringing their skills and talents to the tribes. Cynthia has a Masters Degree in Indigenous Peoples Law from Oklahoma University. L3 is dedicated to all of the amazing Tribal Students who do not have access to Tribal dollars for their education. Jack George, Yakama Tribal Member , has built an impressive background for himself as a Graphics artist starting early on in school. It is a passion for him that that has developed a strong set of personal goals reaching to become the best he can be. We are very happy to have Jack as a part of our team. Our Board
L3 Board members include Ray Iyall and Emiliano Perez. The board includes Nisqually Tribal members and have a great interest in furthering the education of our tribal descendants. With the assistance of the board we hope to grow L3 and provide more assistance to our tribal descendants and communities in the future.
