WE ARE HERE TO GUIDE LEARNERS WHILE GOD LEADS THEM
Students succeed when they are given the support needed to explore their God-given talents and curiosity. By allowing them the freedom to explore the path God set them on, we can instill virtues like self-direction and self-discipline.
FELLOWSHIPPING DURING THE SCHOOL DAY
Peer learning is an education method that helps students solidify their knowledge by teaching each other. As image bearers, we are called to exhibit the fruits of the spirit in our walk with Christ; peer supported learning is the perfect time to practice virtues like patience, kindness, and gentleness. From an instructional standpoint, verbalizing a concept and sharing the information with a peer serves to reinforce the knowledge gained and prove mastery of a subject.
CHRIST-CENTERED ACADEMICS
We hold the truth that God created the universe and everything in it, which gives us unending opportunities to reveal the nature and character of God with every subject we study. We rely on curricula and methods from Arthur Robinson to Maria Montessori, combining them with offerings from Well Trained Mind, Charlotte Mason, and Hillsdale, guiding our learners to recognize God and His design for their lives in every part of their day.
EDUCATION FROM A BIBLICAL WORLDVIEW
A worldview can best be described as an individual’s enduring perception of the world based on their beliefs and values. Every educational institution holds a worldview; ours is taught from a biblical perspective.
IMAGE BEARERS
No matter the socioeconomic background or learning challenges a child may have, they deserve an academically rigorous, Christ-centered education. Every child is worthy and capable of academic excellence. We deem the word “success” as a subjective term to be interpreted by each child and their family. Whether the goal be college, trade school, or entering straight into the workforce, all goals are equal in merit because the students are striving for excellence in all they do and serving the Lord.
