Falconer Warren is currently the Director of Charitable Foundations for Driven Brands, where she manages corporate philanthropy which raises funds to support causes such as veteran affairs, children's hospitals, and cystic fibrosis research. Prior to this role, Falconer worked for the Issroff Family Foundation overseeing their grant portfolio focused on youth empowerment in East Africa. She received her MSW from Columbia University, concentrating on international development and social enterprise administration and her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia with a history and religious studies major.

Sonja Schut co-founded Beautiful Response after studying abroad with Caleb in 2010. You can read their story here. Sonja received a BA in International Studies from Baylor University and an MBA from the University of Chicago in 2017. She spent 3 years working for Arabella Advisors, a consulting firm for non-profit foundations and currently works in banking at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. Sonja and Caleb live in Chicago. Faith Calvert Cordell works as a Philanthropic Advisor for Tides Foundation, supporting individuals and families to make positive social change through grant making. She has an MA from the University of Chicago and a BA from the University of North Carolina in International Studies and French. Faith is passionate about equity, social justice, and the gains that can be made by society when kids have equitable access to education. She lives in a sunny bungalow in Oakland, CA with her husband Nick, a feisty toddler, and a fluffy old cat.

James Colten currently works at Management Leadership for Tomorrow as Associate Director of Fellow Recruitment and Admissions. He and his wife Jenn both hail from the Midwest, and currently reside in Washington, DC with their cat, Loaf. He has a B.A. in Political Science from Hope College. His passions include creating educational access and economic opportunity, and using data to drive meaningful decisions and process improvements. In addition to his day job, he is a musician who plays guitar and keyboard for his band and his friends' musical projects.
