Who We Are
Serving the community of Fort Worth through Art
Panther City Artists was founded by Sara Hiett. After 15 years of teaching art in FWISD Title 1 schools and witnessing the transformative impact of art on her students and their families, she recognized the need for a more accessible arts community in Fort Worth.
Our mission is to create meaningful and fulfilling artistic experiences for everyone. We provide a safe, fun, and creative space where serious artists and those looking to enjoy themselves can find value.
In June 2020, Panther City Artists became a non-profit organization. Since then, we have collaborated with schools, churches, other non-profits, and the broader community to bring art into people's lives. We achieve this through murals, classes, camps, and unique experiences previously out of reach or unknown to many.

How Your Donations HelpPanther City Artists receives donations for the operational costs of the organization. Our goal is for programming to be a minimal cost or free. Scholarships are always available. Our organization will never discriminate against the homeless, poverty-stricken, jobless, disabled, wealthy, poor, working, or veteran. This is done because of the resources we receive from donors.
