​NEXT STAGE ARTS PROJECT RENTAL APPLICATION

    To reserve a date, Next Stage requires a signed rental contract and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the renal fee. The balance of payment is due on the day of the event.
    ​
    Renters will be presented with clean theater, lobbies, kitchen, community room and restrooms, and are asked to leave the spaces in the same clean condition.

    ​Renters will pay a $150 cleaning fee to Next Stage.

    Renters must return any chair, tables, stage lights, audio-visual equipment, kitchenware and other items that are used to their original locations.
