We are currently accepting donations and applications for Assistance

Sweet Relief Musicians Fund is here to provide immediate financial assistance to music industry professionals impacted by natural disasters. Applications will be taken during a short stretch of time surrounding the disaster, but donations are always welcome.

Grants will be issued to those that can show proof of destruction of, or damage to property or music equipment from any sudden, unexpected, or unusual event such as a flood, hurricane, tornado, fire, earthquake or even volcanic eruption. Funds raised will go towards loss of music-related equipment, medical bills related to the event, and other vital-living expenses.

Natural Disaster Relief Fund - Application

Eligibility Requirements:

At least 3 years where more than 50% of your income came from employment in the music industry or as a musician, and currently negatively impacted by a natural disaster.

Required Documentation: Please include the following items required with the completed application: (Applications will not be processed without this information)

Proof of Music Industry Employment (one or more; publications, link to ASCAP or BMI repertoire, note from employer(s), tax returns, paystubs, liner notes)

To qualify, individuals must file an Application for Reassessment: Property Damaged or Destroyed by Misfortune or Calamity with the Assessor's Office within 12 months from the date the property was damaged or destroyed
