"The abounding gratitude for all those who cared enough to even think of me and pray for me has been sustaining. Those of you who have shared your precious resources with Sweet Relief on my behalf have overwhelmed me. Though I have been in and out of pain recently and some days are rougher than others, by God’s grace and your generosity, I and still here.
I am working on a song dedicated to you, Sweet Relief and all who have shown their love and care for me and others.The title of that song and the end of this note is the same.

"It is from a space of profound love and extreme humility that I write this note expressing my deepest and most sincere gratitude for all the family and friends that have prayed for me, cared about me and/or given their hearts to me via this very SWEET Relief Fund.
Since your outpouring of support a few months ago, I have been sleeping more, eating more, believing more and even writing music for the first time in several years. Please know that I am healing.
Beyond me, however, I am eternally grateful to trusted organizations like SWEET Relief for what they do to provide refuge for artists that bare their vulnerable souls to the world to the point of exhaustion.
I have so MUCH MORE to say soon, but for now the most urgent and important two words that I can share are…THANK YOU in every language I know. On repeat."
