MOBILIZE.
Yachad mobilizes community stakeholders--health, housing and real estate professionals; contractors; government, foundations, houses of worship and other nonprofit grantmakers; residents and volunteers--to work b’yachad (together) and thus multiply their impact on the health, stability and preservation of families, their housing and communities. This strategic mobilization allows Yachad to stretch its dollars and magnify its results.
INVEST.
Yachad marshals the investment of money, time, brains and heart of its staff, contractors, residents, volunteers and other supporters. During the Pandemic, financial resources have been especially important because paid workers did much of the work usually carried out by our volunteers. Everyone benefits as a result--empowered residents live healthy lives in safe housing; upgraded neighborhoods raise the value of the entire community; supporters get tax deductions; and volunteers feel good for doing a mitzvah.
TRANSFORM.
Yachad’s work transforms families, their homes, their neighborhoods, and the entire community.
