- Heroes Haven officially became a 501 (c) (3) non-profit.
- Established weekly group meetings.
- Cultivated a group environment focused on fitness.
- Created PTS support groups for veterans and first responders and their families.
2019
- Established new programs.
- Created a virtual workout program bringing veteran mental health awareness across the U.S.
- Expanded facility from 800 sqft. To 1,500 sqft.
2020
- Programs led to the intensive Get Back Up (G.B.U.) program.
- Received State funding to pilot program for one year.
2021
- Pandemic hit-against all counsel, the urgency for help increased drastically and we continued providing help.
- Served 37 veterans and front line workers with a 99% success rate.
- Served clients from various states within the United States.
- Forecasting began (as community needs increased) to increase the facility size.
2022
- Developed the G.B.U. Guide to Getting Unstuck Curriculum.
- Increased facility size from 1,500 sqft to 3,000 sqft.
2023
- Developed three satellite locations.
- Started the transition phase to West Michigan for Headquarters.
- Developed a program for the public school district.
- Started opening programs for the general public.
- Increased the board of directors.
- Increased the staff on board at Heroes Haven.
