FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE March 27, 2025 FC Balboa Announces 2025–2026 Tryouts for 2010–2008 Age Groups San Diego, CA – FC Balboa is proud to announce official tryout dates for the upcoming 2025–2026 competitive season for players born in 2010, 2009, and 2008. The club invites both new and returning players to participate in evaluations for its boys and girls teams at Logan Memorial Educational Campus (LMEC), 2875 Ocean View Blvd, San Diego, CA 92113. These age groups represent a crucial stage in development, as players prepare for high school-level competition and beyond. FC Balboa emphasizes a holistic approach to player growth, focusing on team and player communication, decision making, and execution of decisions. --------------------------- GIRLS TRYOUTS (G2010–G2008) Date: Monday, April 22, 2025 Location: Logan Memorial Educational Campus (LMEC) Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM G2010 Check-In Time: 4:30 PM Try-Out Time: 5:00–6:00 PM G2009 & G2008 Check-In Time: 5:30 PM Try-Out Time: 6:00–7:00 PM --------------------------- BOYS TRYOUTS (B2010–B2008) Date: Wednesday, April 24, 2025 Location: Logan Memorial Educational Campus (LMEC) Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM B2010 Check-In Time: 4:30 PM Try-Out Time: 5:00–6:00 PM B2009 & B2008 Check-In Time: 5:30 PM Try-Out Time: 6:00–7:00 PM --------------------------- Players will be evaluated based on communication, decision-making, execution under pressure, and overall football technique, with an emphasis on long-term development over short-term results.
