Beginning the Summer of 2019
Accepting Applications in January 2019
TRF provides opportunities for graduates, under graduates and High school graduates to develop skills in case work, fundraising, and basic mission work in the Phoenix headquarters or one of our field offices in Nigeria.
Program Information
Education
- Must have completed High School
- Participants must be practicing and mature Christians
- Security Background Checks Required: Participants are required to undergo security background check when submitting an application and possibly prior to deployment.
- English is the primary language for business conduction in TRF.
Field and Office Assignments
TRF is a growing organization. Selected candidate will be assigned positions based on their interests and field needs.
Training Week
A week long training held in Phoenix, Arizona will be conducted by TRF leadership team. This period enables trainees to learn about the history of TRF, it’s spiritual foundation, values and corporate philosophies.
Work Hours
Participants for the summer program are required to work Five-day: 40hr week
International Travels, Housing and Safety
Interns will be assisted in securing suitable, safe and close housing to placement. Interns will be met and picked up at the airport and assisted by TRF team member, in the process of adjusting to new environment. Participants must be aware and prepared for inherent dangers and risks of living and traveling in a developing country.
Expenses
The positions are unpaid. Interns are expected and encouraged to raise funds via family, friends, churches and individual sponsors. TRF is a non-profit faith-based organization with tax-deductible donations capacity that interns can take advantage of. Interns are responsible for all costs involved in their assignment.
