Diagnosed at 23 and Nothing Can Stop Me Alex Bautz, Architect, advocate and community advocate and leader and is an amateur athlete and one of the ConnecT1D co-founders. He built Team ConnecT1D – a group of people with T1D that competed in races and endurance athletic events. And he climbed (almost) to the top of Mount Rainier this summer with T1D.
