Founded in 1999, the heart of PastorServe has always been to care deeply for those we serve. We have been a trusted resource to pastors, church staffs, elder teams, and ministry leaders in the United States, Haiti, and across Latin America.
Our staff is comprised of veteran pastors and ministry leaders who serve as trusted allies, assisting in navigating the unique challenges and crises pastors and ministry leaders face. Our ministry approach is gospel oriented, and grace filled.
When pastors are healthy and thriving in their personal (backstage) lives and their public (front stage) lives, the Church can more effectively be the beacon of hope God created Her to be.
We understand, from personal experience, the challenges that ministry leaders face. We know the pressures, expectations, and spiritual battles that come with serving in ministry.

Our Work in Latin America
Our Latin America team delivers scholarship-based, Christ-centered coaching and care services to senior ministry leaders in who are multiplying themselves. We care for those who care for others, helping them flourish in life and leadership.
Our focus is to encourage and empower ministry leaders to develop their effectiveness as they serve the pastors, ministry leaders, and people entrusted to their care, helping them faithfully complete their ministry journey. In an effort to multiple impact, we primarily serve top and mid-level leaders (those who lead and pastor local pastors) as well as pastors leading large local churches of 500+ in attendance.
Latin American ministry leaders are eager for the coaching and care we provide. We are grateful that our services are welcomed and endorsed by denominational and church network leadership. As we continue to pour into these leaders of leaders, the ripples of Kingdom impact radiate across Latin America. We are investing in the relationships we have established to serve more leaders across Latin America.
