​Danielle Rowan

​Executive Director & Founder

As a full-time mom to two little girls who were both born prematurely and experienced extended NICU stays, Danielle understands firsthand the challenges parents face during difficult beginnings.

In 2022, Danielle launched Little Baby Blessings Foundation, which once began as as Little Bellies & Baby Bums outreach. Her mission stems from a deep passion to help mothers and their children thrive in everyday life without barriers.

Recognizing the opportunity to make a greater impact, Danielle expanded her vision to support more families throughout Central Ohio. Today, she serves as our Executive Director & Founder, bringing her unique perspective and dedication to our organization's work.

Danielle is also the creative force behind our wonderful family events, creating meaningful experiences that bring our community together.

​Through Little Baby Blessings Foundation, Danielle continues to channel her personal experience into positive change, helping families access the resources they need for their children to flourish.

Ali Cox

Vice President/ Social Media Manager

Ali is a mom to a toddler boy and expecting a baby girl in June 2025! She first discovered Little Baby Blessings Foundation through a moms Facebook group and immediately reached out to volunteer her time and talents.

With her passion for social media, branding, and digital marketing, Ali initially helped the foundation by managing and growing its social media presence. During her time as social media manager, she developed a deeper connection to our mission and realized she wanted to become more involved.

When presented with the opportunity to step into the Vice President role, Ali couldn't say "yes" fast enough! Her enthusiasm and expertise have been invaluable to our team as we continue to expand our reach throughout Central Ohio.

​Ali looks forward to seeing how Little Baby Blessings Foundation grows and the positive impact it has on families in need. Her dedication to ensuring every child ages 0-5 receives essential items at no cost aligns perfectly with our mission to help children and families thrive.

Carrie Stieg

Secretary

Carrie lives in Upper Arlington with her husband, daughter, and two beloved Labrador retrievers.

Before retiring from teaching, Carrie taught middle school language arts in Dublin and Upper Arlington for 14 years, building a strong foundation in education and child development. Her dedication to helping children didn't end with retiring from teaching - it simply took new forms.

Carrie's extensive volunteer experience includes service with Ronald McDonald House in Columbus, where she began volunteering after retiring from teaching. Her leadership abilities shine through her involvement with the Parents Association of Columbus Academy, where she has served on the Board for 3 years - including 2 years as Secretary and currently as Vice-President.

She continues to contribute to education as a University Supervisor for Ashland University, where she mentors field students and student teachers for the College of Education.

​Carrie brings numerous wonderful attributes to our Foundation, including her passion for helping children and families thrive. Her wealth of experience in education and child development, combined with her innovative thinking, helps bring many new and exciting ideas to Little Baby Blessings Foundation.

Josh Rowan

Treasurer

Josh joined our organization alongside his wife Danielle, who serves as our Executive Director & Founder.

Josh balances his role as Treasurer while working full-time for Nationwide Realty Investors. He brings valuable financial expertise to our foundation, helping ensure we can sustainably serve families throughout Central Ohio.

As a Military Veteran, Josh served in the Army for 4 years, including deployments to Afghanistan. His service to our country reflects the same commitment to community that he now brings to Little Baby Blessings Foundation.

​Josh became passionate about our mission after learning about it from Danielle. He immediately recognized the importance of providing essential items to children ages 0-5 and their families at no cost. Understanding the significant impact this support can have on families in need, Josh joined our team with determination to help make a difference.

Courtney Fischer

Board Member/Administrative Assistant

Courtney is a mom to two wonderful girls, ages 4 and 7, bringing her personal experience as a parent to our organization.

Courtney discovered Little Baby Blessings Foundation through Danielle and immediately knew this was something she wanted to be part of. She found her passion in helping other parents and families in our community.

What makes Courtney's connection to our mission particularly meaningful is her personal experience. She was once a mom who needed help from her community when she and her husband were forced to move states at 37 weeks pregnant, without having secured employment due to the imminent arrival of their baby. She understands firsthand what it means to receive support during challenging times.

​Being part of an organization that gives back to the community means the world to Courtney. She finds true joy in donating and helping other parents navigate difficult situations because she knows exactly how it feels to receive assistance when it's needed most.

Genny Futrell​​

Board Member

Genny is a mom to one teenage daughter and brings her parenting experience and enthusiasm to our organization.

​Genny first discovered Little Baby Blessings Foundation through social media and was immediately drawn to our mission of providing essential items to children ages 0-5 and their families at no cost. She began by volunteering her time and efforts at our community events, where her passion for helping families in Central Ohio became evident.

As she became more involved with our work and witnessed firsthand the positive impact we were making in the community, Genny knew she wanted to deepen her commitment to the foundation. She joined our team with the desire to contribute more significantly to our mission and help ensure every child receives the care and support they need to thrive.

Genny's dedication to volunteering and her enthusiastic support of families in need make her a valuable addition to the Little Baby Blessings Foundation as we continue to grow and serve the Central Ohio community

Niki Antle

Family Coordinator

Our incredible Family Coordinator who has been an integral part of our team since the very beginning! With her caring spirit and dedicated approach, Niki is the heart of our family support efforts. Passionate about connecting with families and ensuring their needs are met, Niki goes above and beyond in her role. She's the friendly face and supportive voice that helps our families navigate their journey with us. From coordinating essential item deliveries to helping plan community events, Niki makes sure every family feels supported and valued.

Niki's typical day involves:

• Communicating with families to understand their unique needs
• Helping carefully prepare and distribute donations
• Helping design and organize meaningful events that bring our families together
• Maintaining detailed records and ensuring smooth coordination

When she's not supporting families, Niki loves spending time with her adorable pets. Her loyal dog Callie, and her quirky hedgehog Bill bring joy and companionship to her life outside of work.
