Friday 5:00 -7:30 p.m. Continuum Workshop--Supporting Our Tender Hearts w/ Lauren Explore ways to support and ground the powerful electromagnetic field of our very perceptive hearts. Lauren will offer information, images, embodied anatomy practices, as well as movement, breath, and sounds for participants to explore. Continuum classes tend to be relaxing as well creative and enlivening- please wear clothes that are easy to move in, and layers to stay comfortable no matter the temperature.
