Rehoming Your Pet

​We all want the absolute best for our pets. Unfortunately sometimes that means finding them a home that has the resources to give them more time, attention, or care. If you've made the difficult decision that it's time to rehome your pet, we can help you find a new, loving family to adopt them.

The Process

You'll create an adoption profile for your pet, including a photo or video, personality profile, and story. Your pet will then be entered into the adoption database at Adopt-A-Pet. Prospective adopters will apply and you will be able set up a safe meeting to introduce your pet to families who seem like a good fit.

We ask that your pet be up to date on vaccines, spayed or neutered, and able to stay with you throughout the rehoming process.
