She actively engages in grassroots-level efforts and action-research initiatives to empower and protect these vulnerable populations. Pankhuri is widely recognized for her implementation of comprehensive programs aimed at the holistic development of women and children residing in both rural areas and urban slums across India.

Her intensive work focuses on educating and empowering women who previously lacked awareness of their fundamental rights and the importance of living with dignity. Through her exclusive workshops and sensitization camps, Pankhuri has positively impacted the lives of over one hundred thousand individuals. These initiatives have significantly reduced instances of atrocities and harmful practices, while also empowering women to raise their voices and demand equal rights and opportunities.

Her objective is to eradicate deeply entrenched traditional practices such as dowry, child marriages, polygamy, and other social misconceptions and taboos. By doing so, she aims to create a safe, secure, and sustainable environment that enhances the status of women in society.

​Monika holds the position of Senior Auditor at Deloitte, one of the prominent accounting firms, located in New York City. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Delhi University and pursued her postgraduate studies at the City University of New York. Prior to joining Deloitte, she served as a Senior Accountant at a fintech company in New York and gained valuable experience as an Auditor at Ernst & Young. Monika actively engages in client engagement right from the initial stages, thoroughly understanding their requirements and developing precise and comprehensive service proposals.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Monika dedicates her time as a part-time dance instructor and wedding choreographer. She strongly believes in the positive impact of physical health and well-being on mental disorders such as anxiety, stress, and self-esteem issues. During the challenging period of the COVID-19 lockdown, she selflessly provided free Zoom dance sessions to assist people in overcoming stress and finding solace. Furthermore, during her postgraduate studies, she regularly volunteered at a soup kitchen in New York, offering her support in distributing meals to hundreds of homeless individuals.

Kamini is driven by a strong determination to dedicate herself to the empowerment of women and children, striving to create a world where they can experience freedom and opportunity. Her journey began when she personally encountered challenges that hindered her progress in the field of early school education. Despite facing significant obstacles that threatened to disrupt her education, Kamini decided to uplift herself and connected with the Ladli Foundation, an organization that provided her with the support and encouragement to soar.

Inspired by her own experiences, Kamini made the resolute decision to fight against these issues and shield others from similar hardships. Her unwavering efforts are focused on realizing the vision of the Princess of Wales, who believed in the transformative power of young people to effect change in the world. Despite encountering gender-based violence, discrimination from her family, and numerous obstacles in her educational journey, Kamini chose to embark on a social crusade driven by her passion for providing access to primary education and combatting child abuse among underprivileged children.

Sia Holbrook has recently joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Client Accountant. Prior to this, she gained valuable experience working for 1.5 years at Ceramo Company, Inc. in Jackson, MO. Preceding that role, she served as an Accountant at Jason Coalter & Associates, a local enterprise that owns and manages commercial and residential properties, a printing company, a construction company, a cleaning company, and several restaurants spanning Southeast Missouri and Illinois. Sia possesses a comprehensive background of 3 years in full-cycle accounting.

Sia's academic qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, MO. Additionally, she holds a Master's Degree in General Management from the same university.

During her leisure time, Sia finds joy in spending quality moments with her family, engaging in hiking expeditions, indulging in reading, and caring for her two dogs and four cats. Sia resides in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and operates remotely from the 600 Washington Ave. office, reporting to Dionne Lopina.

Hailing from Faridabad, she serves as an air hostess with Air India, showcasing her commitment to the realm of hospitality and service. Additionally, she holds certification as a Make-up Freelancer in the esteemed field of "Art of Makeup," boasting a wealth of 12 years of experience in the industry.

Beyond her professional endeavors, she is a remarkable social activist and humanitarian, dedicating her life to various pressing social issues. Her advocacy spans diverse areas, including women's empowerment, raising awareness about gender disparity within society, environmental welfare activities, and breast cancer awareness. Her unwavering commitment to these causes demonstrates her immense dedication to driving positive change and making a lasting impact in the world.

​For the past 14 years, she has been immersed in the field of aviation, specifically managing airport operations and customer service for United Airlines in New Jersey, USA. As a manager overseeing a team of over one hundred employees and catering to numerous passengers, she truly considers herself to be in the "people" business.

Throughout my journey, she has also ventured into the realm of yoga and meditation. Being a Yoga Alliance-trained instructor, she has conducted meditation workshops designed to enhance well-being in the workplace for both management and employees. Additionally, she has been initiated into the transformative internal practice of "Sri Vidya Upasana" within the Yogic traditions, which stems from the lineage of Adi Shankaracharya. For several years, she has organized wellness workshops that have brought about tangible and diverse changes in society, with a specific focus on uplifting women.

Moreover, she is a certified advocate for domestic violence and sexual abuse survivors. She firmly believes that combining holistic practices with a grassroots understanding of social issues can lead to more comprehensive healing for survivors of domestic violence, gender-based violence, and sexual abuse.

Her work in the aviation industry has provided her with frequent opportunities to return to India, allowing her to stay connected to my roots. As the daughter of an army officer, patriotism has always been a natural calling for her, eventually leading her to leave my lucrative six-figure salary behind and dedicate her life to uplift the underprivileged. Over the years, she has been actively involved in volunteering for various organizations, and in 2020, she joined forces with Devendra Kumar's "Ladli Foundation Trust."

Born into a humble family, Sushma Kumari understands the challenges faced by underprivileged girls. Sushma's early involvement with Ladli Foundation allowed her to witness firsthand the struggles faced by young girls in impoverished communities.

In 2017, Sushma embarked on a new journey and moved to Canada. Despite the distance, her commitment to the Ladli Foundation remained unwavering. Sushma continued to actively contribute to the organization, even from across the oceans, demonstrating her relentless dedication to the cause.

During her time in India, Sushma gained valuable experience as an office assistant, serving for five years. Upon relocating to Canada, she ventured into the retail industry, where she honed her skills and knowledge. Today, Sushma stands alongside her husband, supporting his business endeavors while leveraging her expertise to help it thrive.
