Our Transition
The day finally came in late 2022/early 2023 when the board and the original founders knew the time was right. Bring Hope Now, Inc. became an official 501c3 charitable foundation in the fall of 2023. After ACCOMPLISHING THEIR ORIGINAL MISSION TOGETHER, raising over a half million dollars for school programs, a transition was made in October 2023 for the national Hope Squad office to handle the standing up of the additional schools as they could utilize their larger, fully trained staff to stand the schools already paid for. It was a WIN-WIN for the youth in our community and for the donors and contributors who made it happen. BHN established the Bring HOPE Dragon Boat Race & Festival in September of 2023 in preparation for the separation.
In February of 2024 U4aGC and BRING HOPE NOW officially separated SO Bring Hope Now could begin working on the next phase of their mission of saving lives. They developed a curriculum for Active-Duty Military called HOPE on the LINE and began working with military bases to solve the growing problem they have with suicides.
