Racquel Watson

Executive Director

Racquel (Boumah) Watson- Mrs. Boumah is Justyn's mom. She is President of Heroes & Hearts and momanger of Justyn Boumah. Through her family support and kindness, she is able to stay home with Justyn and manage his organizations. Before becoming a momanger, Mrs. Boumah was a business owner in both Las Vegas and Libreville, Gabon. She has two degrees, one in Graphic Design and the other in Moving Graphics. Mrs. Boumah works every day to ensure Heroes & Hearts is everything Justyn wishes.

Justyn Boumah

Justyn Boumah-Young Boumah is the 7-year-old founder/CEO of the 501c3 organization, Heroes & Hearts. He is a TEDx Speaker, Social Entrepreneur, and Award-Winning Author. Young Boumah is the youngest founder of a nonprofit in the State of Nevada. He has been recognized internationally for his young ingenuity and purity of heart displayed through his four annual giveback events called ~ The Blessing Project, Around the World Read-A-Thon, Learning is Fun Libraries, and Super Justyn's Giveaway. Highly acclaimed for his purity of heart and international impact, Justyn has been recognized by public figures such as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and has been featured on the TODAY Show, ABC World News and more. Justyn has been awarded over 20 recognitions, contests and grants for his creative annual service projects The Blessing Project and Around the World Read-A-Thon.

Joseph Boumah

President

Joseph M. Boumah-Mr. Boumah is Justyn's father and the Vice-President of Heroes & Hearts. Mr. Boumah is one of our essential culinary workers helping to keep our Las Vegas Strip running stronger. He is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama, where he graduated with a degree in International Relations. Mr. Boumah was born and raised in Central West Africa in Gabon. With his family, he moved to Las Vegas 6 years ago. He is a loving father and a dedicated member of the culinary community.

Rhea Watson

CFO/Treasurer

Rhea M. Watson-Ms. Watson is a native of Las Vegas, NV, and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Morris Brown College and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Ms. Watson, President and Founder of Scholarship Solutions, is an international speaker who has inspired audiences in countries from Egypt to South Africa to North America and across the globe by teaching students of all ages and educational levels that they can have a debt-free college experience. She has earned over $300,000 in scholarships and, through her 1-2-3 of Going to College Debt Free, has provided 1000s of students with the prescription to help them attend the colleges of their dreams and win more than 200 Million Dollars in scholarships. Ms. Watson has many accolades, including the United States Marines Corp, Mentor of the Year, and the US-Africa International Women’s Day Award Winner. Her most tremendous acclaim is connected to her family, as she is a beloved Daughter, Sister, and Aunty.
